🔄 Return and Refund Process

1. Contact Us First

Before returning any product, you must first contact our customer support team at support@stanleey.shop with the following details:

  • The product you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

⚠️ Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be processed.


2. Return Label and Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and step-by-step return instructions.
Please securely package the product to avoid damage during return transit.


⏳ Return Window

You have 20 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


✅ Conditions for Returns

  • Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us with photos of the issue so we can offer a replacement or refund.

⚠️ Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item.

2. Refund Confirmation

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: If you’re returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind), original shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Refundable Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will also refund your original shipping fees.

  • Defective Products Only: If your product arrived defective or damaged, you may exchange it within 20 days of receiving it. Contact us for assistance.

  • No Exchanges on Used Products: We do not offer exchanges for products that have been used or are not in new condition.
